  it used to be one of my favorites, but recently they raised their prices just like the other Goodwill stores in Clarksville. It is not worth it anymore to shop clothes from there as the prices are similar to Temu, Shein, and sometimes to Amazon and TikTok. The only difference that when you shop at Temu or any other clothing store you get to buy the style, the color and the quality you want. i might only shop home decor stuff, but clothes nope and hey another funny thing that they ask you to round the amount of money you pay, and on the other hand they advertise " your purchase is changing lives," but they ask for more money after you purchase. I find it embarrassing to ask people to round their amount of money, but not any more embarrassing to me i say NO when they ask me to round it up. i can see good will future from not. People come to goodwill to buy cheaper clothes than the market, and now the prices are equal to new clothes. bye !

  I don't frequent this location as much anymore but stopped in today. Shopping experience was overall fine, checkout is where the issue was. There were 2 cashiers assisting customers. There were about 7 more, including me, waiting in line. One cashier (Judy W) continued engaging a customer in conversation after her transaction was over. Then proceeded to leave her register to talk to other customers, give hugs, etc. all while there was a long line of people waiting to be attended to. When the lady in front of me went up there and complained to her. Her response was "It's (the long line) fine, it's not a problem" and trying to justify why she walked away for several minutes. YES IT IS A PROBLEM!!! People are going to end up getting mad and leaving, so the store will lose sales. We tried catching one of the managers but he went right back to the back. I've noticed this same issue before when she was the "dressing room attendant". Any time I see her in the store, she's either gossiping with coworkers or standing around talking to customers for at least 10 mins--not working. She's done this with me personally, even when I don't engage at all. I come in here to shop, not to have social hour. Don't know why the managers decided to move her to the register. Obviously they don't care about her work ethic because either she'd stop or be fired. I'm not one to complain but this behavior is very unprofessional and frustrating. Definitely won't be shopping as much here now after my experience today.

  The manager Marilyn is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at any store. I visited the store today and she was barking at customers being extremely rude with her tone and choice of words. We frequent this and dread seeing her at the register. She has never been nice or polite.

  Appreciate the cleanliness of the store. Well stocked and kept in order. Can find some amazing deals.
