  Ordered surprise bday gift for delivery from out of state from the Clarkville, TN store specifically in zip code for delivery. I used this store once before long ago with great result. This time was horrible. The Delivery driver didn’t bother to call, even knock or ring bell while recipient was their & they are suppose to or take food/gifts back to store. Instead they just Left perishable chocolate dipped fresh fruit on the ground wrapped in plastic in the boiling hot sun on a sweltering hot 80+ degree day, also left perishable cheesecake & a balloon that would also soon be garbage sitting in this heat, not to mention critters & insects getting to a sweet treat as well. All had to be thrown in the garbage but good luck getting a refund. They use a 3rd party delivery service who isn’t just suppose to leave these items but does anyways, they do not care to even see if the person is home. I had to call my credit card company to dispute all cause the worthless manager Pat refuses to call back, I have left 3 voicemails cause everytime I call she isn’t there yet or just left. I’ve left 2 emails and also no response- spoke to employee Theresa there in great length who hopefully one day replaces the incompetent manager there. She spoke with the manager who STILL never called me back. Theresa the employee is professional, kind, considerate, caring, apologetic, responsive & helpful, she is basically doing the managers job for her without the title or pay. If you buy there please tip Theresa, review her & treat her kindly as she is the one really running the shop. Never order delivery from here now between company changes, manager that doesn’t help & 3rd party delivery that leaves perishable food to be ruined in the summer sun, it’s just a complete hassle with no result. I Had to buy a surprise gift elsewhere :( so unprofessional!

  Mothers Day Arrangement. She loved it. Only issue was the honeydew melon was to hard. Everything else was Perfect 👌!!

  Thank you so much to BOTH Maddies at this location for such amazing service and delivery! They handled a last minute birthday rush delivery with urgency and got it done, making us seem so easy!
