  I have gone to this location many times, and have never had a bad experience. However, last week I purchased a pair of jeans at the Green Hills location and I went to the Clarksville location to get them exchanged for a shorter length. Online, it said they had the size I needed, but when I got there, they did not. Anyway, I went to exchange them. Mind you, in Green Hills I paid the full price, but they currently have a 40% of jeans. I saw on the register that I would be getting $40 back because of the sale. Instead of getting the $40 back, the lady made the transaction to where I would get only $0.29 back. I could tell she didn't want to give me any change back at all, but there is higher tax in Green Hills compared to Clarksville, so she didn't have a choice. She then proceeded to try to put the $0.29 cents on a store gift card, but their gift cards have a minimum limit (according to the manager). So she then huffed and puffed about giving me $0.29 back. Absolutely ridiculous. She ended up ordering the correct size for me, which I will be returning so I can save $40. She was rude, the manager was a guy and he was also rude and snappy towards me. I asked her if the order already went through once I saw the $0.29 on the screen, and she said yes. If it did not go through yet, I would have simply returned them, then purchased them online myself to save $40. Sometimes I see reviews and I consider the other persons side and how attitude plays a big part, but I can assure you that I was as kind as can be. Writing a bad review is unfortunate and genuinely a waste of my time, but this situation was ridiculous.
