  I had taken my glasses to have a lens switched and an employee from another (out of state)SGH had warped my frames by applying too much heat. I was not really sure how to address the situation. Amy from this store picked up the phone and started making calls to see if she could help me, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and promptly. She was kind and receptive to my concerns and had my problems addressed immediately.

  I had some complications and they worked with me and got it resolved professionally and promptly!!! VERY HAPPY!! Will definitely deal with Sheena and her team again.

  Bought a pair of Oakleys 6 days ago and didn’t like the feel... today I tried to return them for an exchange and was told they must have sold me a pair with scratches and couldn’t exchange them. I’ve worn them maybe 3 times and have kept them in the case. Needless to say the experience at this location was less than satisfactory and the manager was less than pleasant. I called the original purchase location (a different bass pro) and got the appropriate customer service one should always expect. Won’t be back to this location for anything!
