  I wish i had 6 stars i could give Sheena for her outstanding customer service. I came in with a cracked lens and was getting the run around with the insurance. Sheena stepped up and made a decision and helped me on the spot.

  Now i dont remember the sweet young ladys name but she seemed like she was in charge and she took good care of me and my grandbabys when we went in to the pro bass shops !! she helped me pick out a pair of glasses for my earl ray for our anneversary and i am so thankful for the help !! thank you to pro bass and there help !!

  Bought a pair of Oakleys 6 days ago and didn’t like the feel... today I tried to return them for an exchange and was told they must have sold me a pair with scratches and couldn’t exchange them. I’ve worn them maybe 3 times and have kept them in the case. Needless to say the experience at this location was less than satisfactory and the manager was less than pleasant. I called the original purchase location (a different bass pro) and got the appropriate customer service one should always expect. Won’t be back to this location for anything!
