  Spent $200 on Ray Bans and noticed that they had a spot on the left lens. Took them back the same day with receipt and they told me that there was nothing they could do! Academy gladly exchanged a pair of Ray Bans a while back 2 months after I bought them because the lens would not stay seated properly. I would not advise purchasing sunglasses here. If you have a problem or if they are defective in any way, you will likely be told that there isn't anything they can do to help you.

  Bought a pair of Oakleys 6 days ago and didn’t like the feel... today I tried to return them for an exchange and was told they must have sold me a pair with scratches and couldn’t exchange them. I’ve worn them maybe 3 times and have kept them in the case. Needless to say the experience at this location was less than satisfactory and the manager was less than pleasant. I called the original purchase location (a different bass pro) and got the appropriate customer service one should always expect. Won’t be back to this location for anything!
