  I was absolutely devastated when the diamond fell out of my brand new ring. In a total panic, I found Southern Gold, and they were incredible. They listened to exactly what I wanted and upgraded the setting with extra 18kt gold prongs to make sure the 4-carat stone stays completely secure. The turnaround time was lightning-fast, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I will definitely be working with them again for all of my future jewelry needs.
