It’s hilarious to read the reviews of trendy stores like this. The sense of entitlement is astounding lol. One person is blaming the store because they lost their sunglasses in the fitting room. Another is angry because the employees are not doing anything. What do you want them to do? The product is on the shelf you can go buy it or ask them a question. The employees in the store also are not in charge of what lululemon stocks the stores with. Also: who does clothing shopping by ordering it for pickup an hour before arriving with your correct size and color and expects the employees to hand pick and box your order? It’s not like you bought it from the warehouse and had it shipped to store for pickup. This is common for people who shop at this store it’s ridiculous.

Very disappointed with our experience today. My boyfriend left his expensive sunglasses in the fitting room and another lady was immediately allowed in the room right after him who I guess took them. He realized within 5 minutes and we immediately walked back to the store but they hadn’t been turned in. Really sad for us seeing how there were only a few people in the store anyways. Recommend having the associates check the rooms between customers. It’s already an expensive store, the shirt we bought was $130. So we paid that and the price of the sunglasses.

I went in for the first time today and Chelsea was incredibly helpful and friendly. She helped me find the perfect fits for my needs. I was slightly intimidated when walking in but she put my concerns to rest quickly. You have a lifetime customer!
