When I called back the next day to confirm the necessary changes had been made, Lacy was so helpful. She worked with her manager and called me back with a status update. This store gave me better service than the customer service line! Things happen, but it is how you resolve issues that really matters. Appreciate the great customer service at this location!

- PBPatti BeanMar 8, 20261.0Stopped by on a Sunday about 6pm and the door for not locked, so my assumption was they were open. I went in and the lady behind the counter greeted me politely. After I had made two selections, another lady walked out and said you can pay now. I said, i'm going to get another couple of things, I'll be there in a few minutes. There was also another lady in the store shopping also and the employee announced to both of us that the store was closed and we needed to check out. After the fact we both realized they closed at six, but the door was not locked and we were greeted when we walked through the door. No need to be rude or disrespectful. I did put my items back and left and probably will not visit again. Sadly, customer service is dead in many stores.
