  Do not buy shoes from DSW! There return policy is a joke! Wear them at home, what about one 8 hour shift on your feet?! 100.00 for work shoes sent me to the doctor's office. I feel like a SUCKER! Can't wear the shoes! And I don't have that kind of money to throw away!! Corporate greed!!

  Make sure you call and confirm the email confirmation for online orders is correct before going to store. Completed an online order, received 2 confirmation/“pick up ready” emails went to the store and they did not have the order. Manager declined to check the back explaining all online orders are kept upfront. Super disappointing and a waste of time.
