- DPDedra PeekJun 16, 20265.0In a world where customer service doesn’t exist anymore a young lady by the name of Hailey that was working at Hamilton Place Belk was so good to us Sunday! She took time to help us download the app for savings and she took her time folding each piece of clothing and putting it into the bag. I never see anyone do that anymore. She was just so kind and went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. She just seemed pleasant and like she wanted to be there. I felt like I was back in the 90’s getting good, reliable and kind service. Belk needs to give her a promotion! She deserves it.
- PJPatricia JacksonMay 7, 20261.0I have been a long time customer at Belk but never again! I placed an order for pickup at the Hamilton Place store. Went to the store the next day to pick it up. Checked in, got a confirmation text that they would be right out with it. I checked in at 7:30 pm and waited patiently. Then realized the store closed at 8! No package from pickup!! I had to leave for an extended trip the next day before the store opened. The order was marked as picked up so I thought maybe someone else had gotten it by mistake. When I called the next day, the store manager confirmed the order was still at the store. I requested a refund since I would not be able to pick it up. It has been over a month now and the charge is still on my card. I have spoken with multiple managers over the past month who said that they would take care of the refund but none have. Yesterday I filed a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. Belk customer service is Nonexistent!
