  The best Bass Pro experience I've had out of any Bass Pro I've visited! My friends from another country visited this Bass Pro with me, and every staff member was incredibly welcoming and genuinely happy to have them there. Everyone was eager to show us what makes Bass Pro such a great place, and they made the entire experience even better than we expected. Store manager Greg Norman was especially outstanding. He was energetic, approachable, and went out of his way to help customers. He truly made a lasting impression. Definitely one of a kind!

  This is seriously important. Myself and my dearest friend Darryl Wilson are BOTH bass pro members with credit cards we use REGULARLY like 1-3 times a week. We are very avid fishermen and look to bass pro to get new gear new, clothing, baits Lures, as well as ALL of our weekly 2 containers of large worms on ever or at least every other Monday. We came in Monday May 29th approx 6pm. We had the worst experience ever. We tried to order a Rod $119 Shimano GLF 7’ and anticipated using our Member Monday 10% and Darryl Wilson’s first responder 10% to gain a total of a 20% discount for a very nice Rod we was both exited abt. We planned the whole day around this moment as I was exited and my friend was exited to help me buy it….We were treated like we was trying to seal asking questions and waiting 30 min to finally get run up (there was 1 pursonin front of us when we arrived to ORDER and PAY for a Rod that we knew needed order… when we left we received ZERO discount and laid FULL price for the Rod plus shipping… I will continue to shop at bass pro and so will my friend Darryl Wilson who is battling stage 4 cancer but we fish every week and buy fishing stuff every week… I wish I knew a store that could compete with your worm prices … tell your customer service dept. to tighten up and treat older folks with more respect… us older folks just swipe credit cards and don’t care abt price we like customer service… let’s do better

  The people trying to sell the credit cards and time share scam is getting old. Especially since they follow you around the store now and refuse to take NO for a answer

  Many times I've been in the gun section and it's always the same. Those guys aren't friendly. You could be in front of them for 10 minutes and they won't even say, "How can I help you?"

  Ok, everyone knows I'll be going back to Bass Pro again and again, but I've got one major complaint. STOP SENDING UMPTEEN EMPLOYEES TO SIGN ME UP FOR A CREDIT CARD I ALREADY HAVE!!! Within the first ten minutes inside the store, I guarantee I was approached 4 times, and i bet that was at least 10 times before we left. Thankfully, most of them were nice enough to say "have a nice day" and walk away when I told them I wasn't interested. I get that it's a sales tactic that insures employees are making contact with customers and being rewarded for numbers, but this is getting ridiculous! Let us shop in peace! Or.... sell hats that say "Yes, I'm a member. No, I do not want a vacation."
