Aaron made sure they went the extra mile, JC is amazing..Chris and david I don't know what else to say man they all saved a disastrous online debacle. The folks online at Bass Pro shops had me madder than a wild pole cat, I'tell you what.... But these guys they saved my order and went above and beyond I mean well beyond any kind of customer service I received at any place in my life. That's not hyperbole. They didn't have to do anything they did they went above and beyond. Anybody looking to get something at Bass Pro needs to talk to these gentlemen. If you get your order messed up online? Don't give up. These guys will make it right. I don't have enough superlatives for them and I can't thank them enough. Just got here from Texas I wasn't expecting them to step up to the plate the way they did. Grand slams all around. Thank you Aaron for putting the ball in motion and for helping at every turn ! Kudos to JC he s a solid, great person. Each in every individual in that store that I spoke to w what was going on helped me out more than anybody else has ever helped me with any kind of purchase in my life and I'm not talking up selling or anything like that I mean saving a disaster that was perpetrated by the online folks. Don't blame them for what happens outside the store give them a chance they can fix it!

No one told me I needed to move. They chose the day I walked to a nearby store to call the tow truck and move it. Then the manager liex to my face claiming he never knew (he and I had seen each other multiple times). Then he has the audacity to ask me why I'm upset. You towed my home away without warning and then lied about not knowing I live in it on the only day I walked to a nearby store. And that's not even talking about all the tactics they use to pressure, coerce, or outright lie to customers to get people to sign up for their credit card membership. They used popcorn one day to lure people to join. Never trust these people to be honest. They push and pressure and don't care about people.

The man at the gun counter was great too. He quickly asked if I needed help and then when I did ask a question, he was very helpful

- RSRodney StephensApr 24, 20261.0I spend $400-500 every time I go to Bass Pro Chattanooga Unfortunately my shopping experience always has a wet blanket thrown on top of it with the awful Hilton Time Share salespeople who bug my wife , myself and countless customers . It was really bad today .. I just want to shop and enjoy my day .. not be subjected to that . Do better Chattanooga
