I’ve only worn them three times, and the back seam has already split wide open during normal wear. I brought them back to the store hoping for an exchange or refund, but was told that because they had been worn and washed, nothing could be done. That response was frustrating—washing new clothes before wearing them is completely standard, and a pair of jeans should not fall apart after just a few uses. This feels like a clear quality issue, and I expected better from a brand like American Eagle. I’m very disappointed in both the product and the lack of support in-store. I’d appreciate someone from the company reaching out to make this right.
