It is easily one of her favorite places to shop in Bristol! She absolutely loves their collection. The clothes are stylish, high-quality, and fit great, whether she's looking for everyday casual wear, staple denim, or something special. The sales reps and staff here deserve a huge shoutout as well. As they are always incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful whenever she’s putting together an outfit or trying things on. The store is consistently clean, organized, and stocked with great current styles. Now, speaking strictly as the husband who accompanies her on these shopping trips: please, Maurices, I am begging you for a comfortable dedicated seating area! ......please. When your wife is having a blast trying on half the store, us husbands need a safe haven to sit down, rest our feet, and patiently scroll on our phones while the magic happens. A couple of comfy chairs in the corner would turn an already great shopping experience...for my wife...into a total masterpiece! In all seriousness, it’s a wonderful store with fantastic service, and as long as my wife keeps loving it this much, we’ll keep coming back! 🛍️ Husband bench or not!
- SMSally MaeJun 24, 20261.0I’m sad to say that I had the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping at a retail store. The associates are rude and didn’t offer to assist me at all. I was the only customer in the building and even walked past both of them at times. They never said hello. I usually shop online with Maurice’s but I wanted to look at an item in person to make sure it would fit. They never offered to help me located the item. I still spent a significant amount of money for my purchase, but I almost walked out empty handed due to the lack of customer services. I heard them great another customer so maybe I looked like I couldn’t afford to make a purchase.
