- JFJeanna FriesFeb 20, 20221.0First time ever going into this Lane Bryant. 3 store associates working, no one greeted me or bothered to ask if I needed any assistance while I was clearly browsing the store. Spent a good 15 minutes browsing and no one ever bothered to ask if I needed anything so with this said I chose to leave and not give this store my business! Disappointed to say the least!
- SDSheree DavisDec 27, 20201.0Girls working in Bristol Dec. 27, 2020 at 1:44, were very rude wasn't friendly at all. Did a return that I paid with a debit card, I repeat a debit card. If I pay debit and have a receipt I should get back as debit, not as credit. And I give u my money right then and there should get it back as quick. Not wait 4 freaking days. Needless to say get new people working in there, that has good customer service skills. Do like other stores such as Old Navy u pay debit u get money back like if u pay cash. If u pay credit then fine do you're days but not debit. Bad experience, when u bring things back, they were cheerful and helpful when u buy.
