Shoe department had 10 customers waiting to try on shoes while manager was stocking perfumes. Think he would jump in and help or schedule more workers.

When I went to return the dresses I couldn’t find anyone at the apparel counter I was walking to try and find someone at a register when a manager called me over to the perfume counter. He asked me if I was goin to checkout and I said no I was making a return and then proceeded to question me to the 9th degree because I hadn’t put the dresses back in a dress bag. I told him I had the receipt in my purse and then proceeded to not look at me the rest of the interaction. I will not be buying anything else from belk.
