  Been to a lot of bass and pros, never been to one where its own representatives contradict themselves. One told me i should have no issues, purchasing firearms. The other one told me i couldnt after waiting a week, then they cant cancel your order, they send you to customer service who also cant cancel the order. One of the worst shops i been to in a minute

  3 different people approached us to talk to us about credit cards or time shares. We left after the 3rd one. Please stop that, it ruins the shopping experience.

  Amanda and Matt at the Bass Pro Boating Center in Bristol went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process. We were working with an outside finance company that made the transaction much more difficult than it needed to be, and they created a lot of unnecessary delays and complications. Despite that, Amanda and Matt stayed on top of everything. They kept me informed every step of the way, communicated proactively, and worked hard behind the scenes to get the deal closed. They also understood that I have a 2–3 hour drive to the Bristol location, so they did everything they could to minimize unnecessary trips and make the process as convenient as possible. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a successful purchase. I truly appreciate everything they did to make it happen.
