The management was terrible and had no clue what they were doing. The store was an absolute wreck. I would rather drive 30 minutes to Johnson City than step another foot in this store. I’m usually not a prude, I understand customer service is a terrible, soul sucking job. My issue is not with the employees who probably make nothing, but the managers who treat the customers AND employees like garbage. Do better or find a different job.

Never thought I would say that. They will not take back or even exchange my items. No wonder stores are closing. Crap merchandise and crap customer service.
- TLTay LightJun 30, 20261.0Me and my sister went to this specific store and were just walking around and we got accused of shoplifting when they had no evidence or anything and they just jumped to conclusions, we are Latina so we know why they jumped to conclusions manager was completely out of hand, I’m not sure what her name was but this is awful!

The clothes fit true to size, and the jeans were way more comfortable than I expected. The material feels soft but still durable, and the styles are simple enough to wear every day without looking boring. Shipping was pretty fast, and everything arrived neatly packaged. I also liked that their website was easy to use and had accurate pictures of the products. One thing I noticed is that their sales are actually worth checking out because you can get good quality clothes for decent prices. Overall, I’d definitely order from them again. Good quality, comfortable clothes, and a smooth shopping experience.
