  I have always had the best experience at Plato’s. The staff is always eager to help and I appreciate their individual and unique sense of style. I love the board they keep with the list of most wanted items; it definitely helps when it’s time to sell some things that are still current fashion, but no longer working for me.

  I dropped off a box full of clothes at 10:05 AM on a Monday. Shortly afterward, I received a text saying my items would be ready by 11:15. I arrived at 11:30, understanding that delays can happen, only to be told they were still in the middle of sorting my clothes because they had been delayed by someone who came in after me with six IKEA bags of “good stuff.” That interaction made me question whether the queue is actually meaningful, since it seemed that a larger drop-off with more desirable items took priority over mine. To make matters worse, my clothes were very sloppily thrown back into the box without even an attempt to fold or organize them. I understand that a resale business can get busy, but the overall experience felt rushed and dismissive. The employee’s attire, including visible underwear, also didn’t give the most professional impression for a business serving customers. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would expect better organization, professionalism, and customer service.

  One of my favorite locations. It is super organized and the staff is so lovely! Best place to get rid of clothes you don’t wear and get new ones!
