  To whom this may concern, 2 weeks ago I visited a location in TN while on a roadtrip. Il share some insights on why I’m so disappointed in the disregard and disrespect we received from one of your employees. My mother in law is 76 years old she is handicapped, she uses a walker to move around, this was her first time at one of your stores further more her first roadtrip. She had a severe surgery to her femur and tibia on her leg as a result to a fall she had she’s been stuck home recovering for while with fear of going out and specially traveling we were able to convince her. Now what happened to us was simply embarrassing and humiliating not just to my mother in law but as a person. She needed to use the bathroom, we walked in 2 empty stall out of the 3, the 3rd one was your handicap accessible one. An employee was in the bathroom, no big deal. We are waiting at first we thought it was empty we pulled on the door. She said it’s busy I apologized. We waited a few minutes. To the point my mother in law couldn’t hold it. She was about to have an accident we had to maneuver to be able to get her in the bathroom. I waited for her outside while holding the door. The employee came out and I even went on by apologizing for us rushing her. She dint even acknowledge me completely ignored me turned her back and had absolutely no sympathy. No acknowledgment NOTHING!! That is completely unacceptable. The lever of service I expect when I walk in to any of your locations is utmost with respect and courtesy this was so disappointing I was so upsets I requested a manager and was close to tears because I couldn’t believe this had happened. I expect this lever of service at a Walmart where I refuse to shop but never in one of your stores. I really hope there’s proper training to your entire staff. This was just such a disappointing experience. Makes me so sad that other people could face the same issue for something that shouldn’t be an issue.

  Had a great experience shopping at Nordstrom with my husband! Eric was amazing and really went above and beyond to help us. Our debit card wasn’t working with the POS system, but instead of giving up on the transaction, he was determined to find a solution. He figured out a way for us to purchase a virtual gift card and then use it to complete our purchase. I really appreciated his problem-solving, patience, and determination to make the sale while making sure we left as happy customers. That’s what great customer service looks like! Thank you, Eric, for taking care of us!

  I was having a pleasant experience until I checked out. After paying the total in cash the the associate ;Kymani, threw my change at me on the counter. I'm sure you will see this on the store recording footage. I just looked at him.....he said nothing. This happened at 8:53 pm. This is unacceptable for such a reputable establishment.

  This is the best location in the city. I usually don’t have much luck at Nordstrom rack but they do have basics if needed. Like yesterday simple black t shirt from the brand Vince. I buy all my tshirts from here from them. Employees are great and usually well organized
