- CCChad CurryMay 9, 20261.0Fast delivery since I had just ordered it but I wanted it delivered on Mother's day, not the day before. I specifically marked the Sunday as the delivery date. Maybe i shouldn't complain but when it's marked a specific date the customer has reasons for that like maybe nobody is home and the arrangements are now be eaten by the bugs outside. Don't give an option when the customer wants it delivered then do it whenever it's convenient.

Then my husband tried to call the store several times and no answer. Then I submitted the online form and they kept closing the case without saying a word. And then I googled the phone number and that’s out of service. How does someone get their money back?!?!? HORRIBLE COMPANY with zero integrity.

No other customers, 3 employees (YES 3!) and they couldn’t handle an order for a simple box they’re advertising on the door. After waiting over a half hour, I asked for a refund which took another 15 to process. Heed the low ratings and just avoid.
