Great selection to look through between clothes and items. Never know what's there, but they have plenty to thrift through!

I’ve been to goodwill outlets around the country and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were passing through at the end of the day and stopped to look for rain jackets. My kids found a Lego set and some psycho woman overheard them and came over and was prying the pieces from them and then grabbed my arm and twisted it and scratched me. So much for the sign up front with the rules about conduct. Kudos to the one employee from the warehouse who was brave enough to walk us to the car in the pouring rain in case she was waiting in the parking lot.

Huge Goodwill. Visited the main Goodwill retail store. I did not visit the Outlet Store due to time. The Retail side is above average in size and they have a lot of selection in men's and women's clothing. This is my first visit while I was in town, wish I had more time. The home wares were okay, and the atmosphere was bustling. Worth a visit. Next time I will check out the bins on the Outlet side. Parking can be scarce.

If you're a customer with a question, be careful who you ask because if you ask the first available employee who happens to be white you will be accused of being racist for not asking "her boss". I obviously didn't know who the boss was, nor did I need the boss, I just had a question regarding the pricing after I checked out. The line was long and I thought it would be rude to interrupt the cashier (a black lady and the boss in question, whose race I only mention because she assumed that *I* assumed she couldn't possibly be the boss because of her skin color, which again I have to stress that I wasn't looking for a manager) by jumping in to ask in the middle of her completing other transactions without getting in line. According to the boss, that is precisely what I should have done, although I wonder if this action would genuinely have been well received had it been the one I chose. I did see two other employees while looking for someone to ask but both were walking away from me and the lady I ended up asking was walking towards me. I wasn't looking for a resolution (although the charge in question was almost $12 more), just clarification for future purchases. I even stated that I knew they didn't do refunds and just wanted to know how it worked. Mea culpa for not knowing who is who on my first visit!
