  Fantastic selection of household items, books, shoes, and clothing (which is how they have the bins organized at this location). Far bigger selection than the outlet in Grand Rapids Michigan. Friendly staff.

  So much stuff , very crowded I kinda felt overwhelmed. But, great deals. Just gotta check it out for yourself.

  honestly wish i could give 0 stars. came in for my first time and one of the workers there was absolutely rude. told a woman that was just standing in line waiting for a bin on her phone to stip giving him that d@mn face and told me to stop with the attitude when i didn’t say a word to him. he was genuinely so rude to everyone around him. not a postive environment at all. there was nothing but stained clothes and broken shoes that are not in resealable condition.

  Very disappointing experience. The lady checking receipts at the front was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. For a store that claims to provide education and training to people with disabilities, I feel that customer service and treating people with respect should be a priority. If she is representing the store, I truly believe she could use some additional training on how to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no one should leave a store feeling disrespected or uncomfortable.

  I won’t be returning to this Goodwill Outlet. I went to the bins yesterday and bought a Panasonic radio that I intended to use for parts. I was charged $1.99 for electronics, and what I understood should have been charged by the pound instead came to $29. I was confused by the total at the time and, honestly, I’m still confused about how it was calculated. I can’t say with certainty whether this was an intentional overcharge or simply a mistake, but I left feeling that I had not been treated fairly. Unfortunately, the experience outside the store made the whole situation even worse. While I was there, I watched a security guard chase someone who had apparently stolen three children’s book bags, and I witnessed what appeared to be drug transactions taking place in the parking lot. I grew up here, so this isn’t coming from someone who doesn’t know the area. I don’t expect every Goodwill Outlet to be pristine, but I do expect transparent pricing, basic security, and to feel comfortable making a purchase. Whatever happened with the $29 charge, the overall experience was enough for me to decide I won’t be back.
