- DHDeAnne Hicks3 days ago1.0Very noisy and no customer service.
- MJMichael JohnsonSep 27, 20261.0In a world where customer service matters...this visit was a dumpster fire. We went essentially begging to spend money on a pair of boots for my daughter. What we got instead was rude and cocky responses from an arrogant associate. She appeared to be a little older with grayish hair. She offended me within minutes. Her attitude carried over to my 13 yr old daughter who then walked up to me and asked to leave. That's ridiculous for a child to want to get away from the situation . It's ok we left and bought her a pair of boots at Ariat on Broadway. The complete difference in customer service was mind-blowing. This outlet location should be ashamed and may need to make corrections on their staff.
- RZRico ZSep 7, 20261.0Don’t ask for staff for assistance. They’ll look at the boot as if they know the inventory by heart and say “no” on the dot without physically checking on the computer or storage. Better off going online to do it yourself. Only pro side is you’ll be able to determine your exact boot size prior to. Plus my wife and I are from out of town. That kind of service was rather trash along with attitude with it which was unexpected. Y’all need to hire people that actually care to perform their due diligence towards the consumer. This generation is corrupt as is. According to my wife she looked Hispanic. Day 09/07/2026 - Timeframe between 2:30-2:50pm. This’ll narrow down their shift. I can be petty too.
- BABrittany ArenivasAug 10, 20261.0Walked in and was looking at a few items and never got asked if we needed anything or any help. Went to other stores in the outlet and immediately got helped. Spent money in the other places. Could’ve spent money at Ariat but guess not.
