  The employee lady was VERY rude, poor customer service. Made my daughters feel like they were an inconvenience while shopping for homecoming dress! Sioux Falls SD

  the employee there was so rude. she literally barked "rules" at us about the changing room when we just didn't know. (I guess you can't be in there to help your daughter zip up a dress?) if she could have just kindly told us, we would have followed them and stayed to look more instead of leaving. definitely ruined our shopping experience there. will not be back. fortunately though, the next store we went to had wonderful customer service and we found the perfect Dress

  Muy mal servicio al cliente… parece como si les estuvieras pidiendo regalado 😑…. No todas las chicas pero dos que me atendieron de mala gana y la cajera peor a la hora de cobrar … si no les gusta tener contacto con personas deberían buscarse otro trabajo

  I was excited for this store to open but found out they don’t carry XL sizes nor do they have a plus size section. The lady working said that they rarely get XL sizes of anything. I won’t be shopping here go forward. Very disappointed.
