  Went to look at a 9mm pistol today and got a lecture from a chubby kid who asked me who it is for and I told him me but may end up with my son since I am 73 now and he informed me that violated federal law to mention my son. I walked out and went to Gary's Gun shop and bought the one myself and my son wanted. I have been happy with Scheels in the past but certainly having second thoughts. I have been around guns my whole life and don't need a lecture from a chunky kid.

  I went about 75% sure I knew what I wanted. Merrell hiking shoes. With the help of JAYDEN I was shown a pair I originally was not considering. He was the perfect salesperson. He did not pressure me AT ALL. He asked relative questions to get my size and what I would be using them for. In all honesty I was in a bad mood before I went into the store and while I was there getting help my mood quickly changed. It's been over 2 weeks since I bought the shoes, and I am 100% satisfied and will ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone looking for shoes. Thank you, Jayden, for making my experience top notch.

  Brought my bike to be worked on, my bikes original tires were stolen, so I took some different tires and put them on my bike (bike is 8speed, tires are 7speed, not the correct tires but it was working enough to ride. That is until I got tired of having to stay in one gear to keep the chain from falling off, scheels did all they could, costed me $121.69 after tax but they did what they could & I am very satisfied with what they have done for me. Would definitely go back again.

  I almost never write reviews, but if you're getting into golf, do yourself a favor and ask for Neil at Scheels. As a fairly new golfer it's easy to talk yourself out of trusting your own read — to assume the amateur, not the equipment, is the problem. My M-13 7-iron was flying noticeably shorter than the clubs around it, and I came in with a ruler half-expecting to get brushed off. Neil did the opposite. Even on the phone, when he mentioned the face issue usually shows up on harder, faster swingers, I told him I'd put 3,500 swings on these clubs in two weeks and showed him the blisters to prove it — and he immediately got it. No skepticism, no runaround. We went straight to the launch monitor and into a new set. Everything I'd read online said these returns were nearly impossible, but he went well above and beyond to make it right. The kicker: Mizuno has since put out an official notice about clubface deformation on the M-13 6, 7, and 8 irons — the exact club I flagged. Neil backed me before the manufacturer said a word. That's why I'll keep coming back. Ask for Neil.
