  Biggest mean-girl energy I’ve ever experienced… and I’ve shopped on Rodeo Dr. in LA. 😬 Every time I’ve come in here, the staff seems genuinely upset to even be at work. I get it, work sucks sometimes. Everybody is tired and everybody has things going on. But I still don’t think that’s an excuse to make customers feel unwelcome. Today really bothered me. I’m currently moving and brought in clothes from a last-minute closet cleanout before I pack everything up. I definitely wasn’t dressed to the nines — I was running errands during a move. The assistant manager’s demeanor and the way she looked at me made me feel incredibly judged from the moment I walked in. Mind you, this was my second time in carrying my giant container today. I tried smiling, making small talk and being polite, and the energy I got back was cold and uncomfortable. I find it hard to believe they select and sort through clothes unbiased. It’s especially frustrating considering some of the condition and pricing of items already on the racks. I don’t expect employees to be bubbly or fake. I just expect basic kindness and professionalism. And while I can understand younger employees still learning customer service, I expected more from an assistant manager who is supposed to be setting the example. I hope management takes a serious look at the culture here and how customers are being treated, regardless of what they’re wearing, what they look like, or what they bring in. People shouldn’t leave a resale store feeling like they were personally judged just for walking through the door.

  Don’t go there if you want to sell stuff, their website said most wanted items were shoes, sweatshirts, sweaters, and shoes. Brought all of those and they rejected every single one because it was “not wanted items” and “out of style.” Waste of time! Maybe don’t put stuff on your website of what’s wanted and not have it be matching in person. Misleading.

  Bring in name brand such at polo, Tommy, Jordan. Don’t waste your time they say there buying everything and offer you nothing better off just donate your stuff
