They have some seriously cute Aero jeans and so many great tops. I'm super impressed by how many options they had. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been in a while!

My baby was crying, my middle son was full of energy, and my pre-teen daughter needed the perfect pair. Ana immediately noticed I was stressed and stepped in to help. She quickly found shoes for my son, and then took the time to bring out so many different options and styles for my daughter to match her dress. On top of that, she managed to accurately measure my daughter's foot and get her into the correct shoe size—something we’ve gone back and forth on forever—without me even having to convince her! Ana’s kindness, patience, and efficiency turned what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip into a truly wonderful experience. She is an absolute gem, and JCPenney is lucky to have her. Anyone who crosses paths with her is truly blessed. If Ana’s manager reads this: please give this woman a raise, a promotion, and an extra long paid break—she deserves it! And Ana, if you’re reading this, you were a true Godsend. May both sides of your pillow always be cold & you always hit every green light on your way home.

But I wish they had better help and more staff along with other retailers across Sioux Falls. I went to shop in store at jcpenney's near me and I got poor Customer service. I asked three different employees where they moved the womens leggings and two of them pointing me in the wrong direction. Finally the third one was able to help and even walked me over to where it was. Now I just order this kind of stuff online to save myself from not having to walk everywhere in the store.
