The selection of sporting and recreational equipment was impressive, and the unique features inside the store, like the bowling alley, made the visit even more enjoyable. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional customer service. It was honestly the best service I’ve experienced anywhere during my cross-country road trip. Shari went above and beyond when helping me find an item. Even though she was in the middle of another task, she immediately stopped, introduced herself, and personally walked me across the store to help. Later, at checkout, Broderick was just as friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The combination of a great store and outstanding customer service made this a memorable experience. I would absolutely visit again and would gladly check out another Scheels location in the future.

It doesn’t ever seem to me that they are short handed as there is always someone around asking how I am doing and if I need help finding anything in every department. The longer I am there, the more I am approached by staff. I also appreciate the quality of items and brands that they carry. I recently purchased a new life jacket for my daughter and I chose the store brand. She loves it. It’s well made and it fits great.

Finally walked to the front counter and had the call someone over to help.
