  I came in with my bike on 05/14, I asked for my front tube to be replaced, and a $90 tune up. Only about $111 total. The next day they called me and gave me a list of what all needed to be done with the bike. I asked them to ONLY replace the shifter. However, they did a lot more, and only bent my shifter back in place. When I went to pick it up, they told me it was going to cost me about $165, they did not specify if that included tax. However, when I brought it to the checkout center, they charged me $184 They did more work than asked, charged me for work I didn't ask them to do, and failed to tell me an accurate price. Next time I'll just get a different bike.

  My favorite sports store! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the LEGO marketing team — our kids absolutely love coming here to browse around, play, and of course convince us to spend even more money 🤣 Always a fun family outing!

  I have spent thousands of dollars there in the firearms selection. Bought my last three guns from them. And il give credit where its due. They are much better priced than bass pro, but today they trespassed me permanently from there cause they claim i stole some scope mounting rings the previous weekend. And cause i admitted to being in the store at that time having a scope mounted that was enough for them to say i am banned. Its honestly quite ridiculous. But i will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

  I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was. From the moment I walked in, everyone I walked past greeted me. Every employee that walked by me in the clothing section asked if I needed assistance. I want to mention Tai specifically. I was looking at some shirts and she not only asked if I needed assistance but also asked my name and then remembered and called me by my name each time I ran into her after that as I continued shopping. Wow, that is pretty impressive and goes a long way towards customer satisfaction. Keep up the outstanding work Tai!
