My husband and I were trying on clothes in the fitting room and came across Ellie who was super helpful finding different sizes and even brought in other items that were similar. She made the whole experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Scheels. The customer service was outstanding.

In both instances scheels went out of their way to help anywhere they could. Both companies Bergara and Weatherby were also great to work with. Scheels didn’t have to help like they did, but impressed me both times with assistance and doing everything in their power to help! Definitely recommend for any large purchase.

We were passing through and needed something on our way home. We were looking at sleeping pads and about 5 workers passed by, not a single asked if we needed help which is highly unusual for Scheels. We finally asked for help, they had to get someone to help and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable on the product….again very unusual for Scheels. We will continue to shop with Scheels, but the customer service at this particular store was disappointing.
