- EEEricSep 30, 20261.0A visit to this store as something to do and to purchase a bottled beverage has resulted in many days of ridiculous amounts of spam and harassment calls. The store itself was nice enough but quite lackluster as well. At the checkout I gave my phone number for what I thought was a military discount, but I was very wrong. I've had to turn on the do not disturb feature on my phone because I've averaged 20 spam calls a day. The earliest was 7 a.m.. This is absolutely shameful. It is also the second time it's happened, so it's not a coincidence. Yes, I am well aware that I'm a bit of a slow learner. It'll be a long time before I set foot in a Bass pro or Cabellas again.
- SSSigma80sSep 17, 20265.0Such a cool place to unwind and restock on hunting and fishing equipment. Wish they would put up a 2nd story with more gear and maybe a little deli up there with a mini shooting range type thingy for the kids.

- PWPaul WillgingSep 10, 20261.0Order product with my club card and points, website said " You can pick up today! In stock at Rapids City Bass Pro Shop. I was an hour or more away so I thought I would just pick up on way through, they are open till 9 pm. Long story short, they could not pull my online order same day. Asked if they could pull it from optics counter, they are in the case, manager says no can do, "You should read the fine print on website, you ordered to late... Call Cabela customer service, got run around, talked to a supervisor, she asked to talk to manager. Manager says "I don't know how to do this, can't help him". They can't refund before tomorrow, so I can't uses my points to buy them out of the case without paying twice. Very very disappointed in Cabelas and Bass Pro, customer service is at an all time low at this place. Very discouraged. Paul Willging Club Black Member for over 30 years, but this might be my last year.
