- GLGrace LaidlawApr 15, 20261.0I’ll never shop at Dunham Sports again. The employees there are so rude. From the time I walked into the store I was never greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. When I went to check out there was one checkout open with about 6-7 people waiting and when another employee finally came to open another checkout he helped one person then just stood there talking with another employee and didn’t help any other customers. Then this morning I went to return the sweatshirt I had purchased because it was not the right size and was told that even though it states right on the back of the receipt that if you used a debit card for your purchase you would be refunded in cash that they didn’t have enough cash to refund my whole $50 purchase. So I went back tonight and was told that the sweatshirt smells like smoke. I don’t even smoke so I have no clue what they were talking about. It seems to me like the employees there just don’t want to do their job so they make up excuses not to.
