  I appreciated having a Christian bookstore, even though it was across town and am sad to see it go.

  This store in West Columbia, SC is closing. I heard about this store having everything marked down. I went in with the expectations of spending maybe $40-$50, $70 later because of mismarked items, items put in the wrong places under signs that said 90% off. There was one employee working at this location and she was incredibly rude (her name tag said Ruby), it honestly seemed like she didn't want to be there. Telling kids not to touch her counter at the register, being snippy with customers, not paying attention to what customers are saying. If this is how your employees treat customers, I feel ashamed of having gone into your business.

  Great store with a lot of variety. Everyone is super nice and helpful! However, I have 2 suggestions- 1. Definitely need a motorized scooter/wheelchair for those that need them. A regular wheelchair is not helpful for people who come alone and get exhausted trying to push themselves around. Most every store has motorized scooters lately. With as big as the store is and the huge variety, one could stay in there a long time shopping, but when you are in pain from walking because of no scooter, that prevents people from staying as long. 2. There’s 1 small shelf of Catholic items- I’d definitely recommend expanding that some. Overall- a good store otherwise with a lot of really nice items!
