  Came here Saturday morning to surprise a loved one, got there at 815am not open, although time says they open at 8am. So waited until 9 still never opened.

  I placed a order to be delivered on mothers day. Not only did it not show up until the next day but I got no call or email letting me know. On top of that I paid extra to have card sent and no card was delivered. I called in and the gentleman on the phone said call back after 6 for a refund. He was rude on the phone and hung up on me. I don't blame the driver it's not his fault. But no info on anything, luckily someone was home on Monday. I hardly write reviews but I felt the company should know.

  This location was supposed to deliver an arrangement on mother's day and didn't. I called the next day and was told that they would refund me but still deliver the arrangement. It's now 2 days after mother's day. No arrangement was delivered and they only refunded me the cost of the arrangement. They kept the tip I left on the original order that was never delivered. I will never be using this location again. Week update. Customer service never gets back to you. Never received my refund. This company and this location specifically will steal your money. They kept my money for an item that was never received. Currently disputing it with my bank.

  Now I normally, actually I’ve never left a bad review. I ordered my mother something for Mother’s Day and although I do understand Mother’s Day is a very busy day you guys are not cheap. I paid almost $140 to make sure that my mother receives something from me, her daughter because I live in a different state. Not only did they not bring my mother‘s gifts, not only did they not call me to let me know that they wouldn’t make it that day after me having her wait all day …. They delivered her package the next day just the edibles, no teddy bear and no balloon two items that were very expensive as well… If you guys know that you’re going to be that busy you shouldn’t accept orders beyond what you can fulfill…. I’m so disappointed, if you’re in the area I suggest planning way ahead of time and picking up your own items. .
