They told me it looked like the problem was the bobbin case and tried to fix it, but it still wasn't working right. They said they would check it out but it may not be ready for a week or two because they were so busy. They called later that day and said it was the bobbin case causing the issue, plus they serviced it and we were able to pick it up the next day!! Very reasonably priced!! Thank you for being so patient, kind and quick service!!! I will be back!!
