- KHkayleigh hollingsworth1 day ago5.0Exceptional service. I had my machine serviced and was still having a few problems, I brought my machine in and they looked at it. My bobbin case needed to be replaced and needed a few other adjustments and they helped me figure out that I need a different thread for my machine and now it works perfectly! They talked me through everything! Definitely recommend.

- RBRobin BrooksJun 11, 20265.0I’ve taken my machine there and received great service.
- JGJan GallimoreMay 7, 20265.0I highly recommend Rays! I took my embroidery machine in due to issues and it had stopped working. They told me it looked like the problem was the bobbin case and tried to fix it, but it still wasn't working right. They said they would check it out but it may not be ready for a week or two because they were so busy. They called later that day and said it was the bobbin case causing the issue, plus they serviced it and we were able to pick it up the next day!! Very reasonably priced!! Thank you for being so patient, kind and quick service!!! I will be back!!
