  The only plus that I get out of this place is how beautiful my ring is. My ring is beautiful! And the lady who sold it to us was very super sweet! And we got the lifetime warranties on our rings, so we send them back when we need them fixed, right? Well they say it takes two to three weeks to get my ring back, but I have put it in there twice and it is always taking almost double that amount of time. Then when you call up there to check, they give you an attitude because they actually have to do their jobs! I'm not one of those that believe the customer's always right but I don't deserve the attitude that I'm getting! My husband's wedding band is bending. It is completely unmolded to a circle. It looks more like a lug nut! We put his ring in the shop three times. Think really hard about purchasing here if customer service is something you value.

  I recently had an experience at JCPenney that I feel needs to be addressed, particularly regarding refund policies and employee training. I purchased what I believed was a regular watch, but once I got home, I realized it was actually a ring watch. I returned to the store to process a refund; however, I was unable to locate my receipt. I had paid with a credit card, so I assumed the transaction could be found in the system. The cashier was unable to locate my purchase and called the manager, Mary. She explained that because I used the tap feature on my card, the transaction could not be found. I’m not sure why that would prevent a lookup, but I accepted the explanation. At that point, I simply requested store credit, as I had no use for the item and was willing to exchange it for something else. Mary initially refused, and her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked her to clarify the policy and provide her name, her response suddenly changed, and she then stated she could issue a gift card—which she eventually did. While I appreciate that the situation was ultimately resolved, it should not have taken 15 minutes of back-and-forth to reach a basic solution. The inconsistency in information and the shift in response only after I questioned the policy was frustrating and concerning. JCPenney, I encourage you to invest more in employee training, especially regarding return policies and customer service. Customers should receive clear, consistent information and respectful treatment from the start.

  I bought and ordered undergatments to be delivered to the store. Store clerk used a coupon to get me a discount. They called me when order arrived. Easy!
