  I am normally not one to write reviews, however if I can convince even one person not to place an order through Edible Arrangements then this review will have been more than worth it. To give some background, my sister and I coordinated to have a Mother’s Day bouquet delivered to our mom on May 10th. We placed an order on May 8th for the “#1 Mom Fruit Arrangement,” which included a vase with an assorted fruit bouquet shaped like daisies along with a card containing a message from the two of us. Our mother loves Edible Arrangements and we wanted to surprise her this year with something thoughtful and cute. The order was confirmed for delivery on May 10th before 6 PM, and I kept an eye on the tracking throughout the day to make sure everything went smoothly. Around 7 PM, I checked the tracking and saw the arrangement was still listed as “being prepared,” so I attempted to call the store for an update. No answer. I called again around 7:20 PM and checked the store hours online, which showed they closed at 8 PM. Since it was Mother’s Day weekend, my sister and I expected delays and would have been understanding about a late delivery as long as our mom eventually received her gift. The next morning, May 11th, I checked the tracking again and it STILL showed the arrangement as “being prepared.” Later that afternoon, my mom texted my sister and I asking if we had sent her an arrangement. At first we were happy, but we quickly realized this wasn't something to be happy about. Our mom sent us footage from her doorbell camera from May 10th at 6:16 PM showing a girl in a tank top and shorts yapping on the phone while dropping off an arrangement without a second thought. She didn’t knock, ring the doorbell, or make any attempt whatsoever to let someone know a delivery had been made. She then sent us pictures of what was left outside overnight. Not only was the arrangement spoiled and rotten, but it was not even remotely what we ordered. Instead of the super cute “#1 Mom” arrangement with flower shaped fruit and a vase, she received a random box of strawberries and what looked like a cup with cheesecake in it. None of it was edible by the time she found it. To make matters worse, I checked the tracking again and it STILL showed the order as “preparing,” not “delivered.” While extremely disappointed, these things happen and we simply wanted either a refund or a replacement delivery to make things right for our mom. Trying to resolve this issue has been an absolute nightmare. I have called the store more than 30 times over the past week, spent HOURS on hold with corporate with no response, and submitted an inquiry through the website where I was given a ticket number and told I would receive a reply as soon as possible. Today is Thursday, May 14th, and I still have not received any kind of response despite follow up emails and calls. The few times I did reach the store, I was told nothing can be done without the manager. I was given specific times the manager would be in, but when I called during those hours I was met with silence again. My sister has also spent time trying to resolve this and was met with the same response and attitude, being told to call back when the manager is there. I sincerely urge people to look elsewhere for gifts. The complete lack of customer service, communication, accountability, and basic decency has been shocking, especially considering how much my mother genuinely loves this company. Y'all owe her an apology, SERIOUSLY.

  I don’t write reviews but this is the worst experience i’ve ever had with a company please don’t order from here. Ordered for mother’s day and we didn’t get the correct items first of all, website said it was still crafting at 7pm come to find out via doorbell camera it was delivered at 6pm but nobody even knocked on the door to let us know it was out there so it sat outside over night. Tried calling the store for a refund and they told us the manager would be there at a time the next day for four days straight with some added attitude for whatever reason... I finally called the corporate number and was promised a refund but I wouldn’t put it past them if they don’t, as you can see from other reviews I wasn’t the only one with a problem like this..

  Sent my mother, strawberries, and flowers from edible arrangements on Saturday. By yesterday, the flowers were already drooping. Very disappointed.

  i recommend NOT TO SHOP HERE !! i placed an order on saturday 5/9 for pick up at 9/10 on mother’s day for 1pm called them and i was told they had extended hours my order was ready at 1pm by 6:30 someone picked it up and it was neither me or my wife i was told i can come anytime after 1pm before 8pm , i got to the store at 7:20 and they was closed nobody was in the store i went in on 5/11 to ask for my refund and cecelia however you spell her name said she can’t do anything cause her manager isn’t there she’ll be there at 11am i call back bout 7 times NO ANSWER BUT THEY ARE OPEN , finally answered the phone and the manager was not there it was 11:15 VERY UNORGANIZED. AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION

  my husband ordered something for mother’s day to pick up at 1 pm. something came up and neither me or my husband could go at 1 so he called and asked can we get it at a later time. they stated the can not change the original pick up time but they will be open until 8 claiming they had extended hours for mother’s day and said he can come anytime after 1 until 8. he got off work at 7, but around 630 he received an email that it had been picked up but not by him or i. he called multiple times no answer. he arrived at 720 and the doors were locked and lights off. he went back today this morning when open and they stated they can not refund him his $40. he left and called again multiple times hoping to speak to someone else and they will not answer the phone.
