  I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren store, thanks to Claire. She was incredibly approachable, polite, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. She took the time to answer our questions, offered helpful recommendations without being pushy, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Claire truly went above and beyond to create a pleasant shopping experience.   Love Ralph Lauren, and this store is no exception. Friendly and helpful staff! Great selection, and you can even find some goodies on the special rack at excellent prices. Greeted upon entry and good engagement throughout. Thanks!

  Walked in with my husband looking for swim trunks . A highly disturbing individual made a B line for us once he saw my husband‘s physique blatantly stared him up and down and proceeds to make us both feel uncomfortable . Approached us to let my husband know how in awe he was . I walked out after he looked at my husbands crotch. Never would patronize an unprofessional establishment . Disgusting and uneasy feeling like we were sexually assaulted .
