  I truly hope I have the correct store location! I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t shopped here in person, but I experienced an entire week of stress regarding online purchases and spent hours on the phone trying to get issues corrected, only for things to become mixed up again. My local store wouldn’t even help me when I went in person - they told me to contact customer service! Angela (I believe she said she is the store manager) called me regarding an order that had been sent back, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She addressed my concerns promptly, understood my frustration, and even encouraged me to reach out directly if I experienced any further issues. She also gave me helpful advice regarding another concern I had. I truly cannot thank her enough. Because of her help, all of my items will now arrive on Monday just before my big trip! She was super prompt, kind, and I could tell still helping making sure that people at her store were being helped correctly. I hope I spelled your name right Angela, and thank you so much!

  I had a wonderful experience here. The young girl working helped me find exactly what I needed! I had went to the Lane Bryant in Florence SC and wad not helped any so the next day I stopped by this one and was very pleased!! Will shop here from now on!

  This is the nicest Lane Bryant store I have ever been to. The store was layed out in an easy way to find what your looking for and the employees were just the best.

  No. Never again. We were shopping for funeral clothes - we went into a men’s store, they immediately greeted us and asked us if we needed help, assisted my husband in th dressing room and was friendly and helpful all the way through — then we go to get my clothes… Lane Bryant, haven’t been in years but oh well, let’s give it a shot. Three employees and not a single one noticed us walk in or even looked at us the whole time I was shopping…. I go to the changing room, I’m of course unhappy and uncomfortable with my selections gone over half of the store is merely push-up bras way too small to be considered a “plus size” clothing store… finally on my way OUT I’m asked if I need help…… way too little way too late…. For women clothes shopping and trying on clothes is just an all around shitty experience, but to have the blatant difference in two considered “high end” men’s and women’s stores…. Just sooo sooo disappointing and I can’t say I will ever be back… it’s been YEARS since I shopped lane Bryant not just in person but online too and after this experience I’m just…. I’d rather not. I’ll just drive to the other side, this isn’t the 90s anymore- plus size women have more options and that store greeted me the moment I walked in…. Even though they only had ONE employee instead of THREE… thu were happy to help, and happy to take my money. I will be back to their store. But I doubt I’ll ever return to Lane Bryant 🤷🏻‍♀️
