- EDElizabeth DoncheskiMay 22, 20265.0I have shopped faithfully at this store for 14 years. The manager is absolutely a knockout when it comes to finding you exactly what you’re looking for and what you need. She’s helped me find outfits for most of my significant occasions, and my children as well. Her staff throughout the years has been equally as gracious and knowledgeable. They know their inventory, They know how to size you, And they make the process so unbelievably easy. I am well aware that there is an outlet store for EXPRESS. That’s even closer to my house, but I only shop at this store because of their service. 10 stars
- AMAmanda MenoAug 6, 20245.0I stopped into Express at Coastal Grand Mall for the first time August 6th. My experience here was wonderful as I was searching for more professional clothing in my early 20’s. My experience here would not have been the same if a wonderful employee, Oscar, hadn’t have gone out of his way to help me. While browsing through items, he asked if I’d like to be set up in a dressing room so I wouldn’t have to carry what I picked out around. I have never had this great of an experience due to an employee at Coastal Grand let alone any mall I had ever been to. Will be shopping here again in the future!
