  The mall itself is about half filled just like any other mall in America today, but there is a magic show that happens there by a gentleman named Michael barefoot and he is the most awarded magician in America! He doesn’t just do a comedy show or magic show. He does a comedy and magic show and it’s amazing. He involves the entire crowd and his tricks will blow your mind. It’s been five days since we’ve seen his show and I still cannot figure out how he got the ripped $20 bill into a brand new lemon. It’s amazing. He’s amazing and he loves to talk after the show.

  I am so disgusted with the service and BS that my friends and I experienced yesterday. I am here from PA on vacation visiting my friends who live here. We went to a spa and then stopped by Belk so my friend could return some bras she paid for by a credit card and also cash. She had all receipts. This transaction should have taken all but maybe 7 minutes. Instead, it became a whole thing. The employees tried to call the manager for about 10 minutes. They couldnt get her on the phone. At all. During this time, this lady in pink high heels sauntered by the situation. Several minutes later, I called the MOD from my cellphone. This lady answered and tried to give me every excuse under the SC sun. I aint trying to hear it. Then she shows up - its the pink lady in high heels. One of her excuses was she has to walk from one store to the other. She's wearing the wrong shoes for that. This pink manager lady then proceeds to quickly give my friend her money back. You people cost me 20 plus minutes of crap on my vacation which is priceless to me. I will never shop at your store and I will be telling this story with my friends to anyone who will listen. To be clear, the customer service lady Sydney was patient and excellent. It was a system processing issue - not a Syndney issue. My beef is with the pink shoe lady and Susan. Bless their hearts.

  Belk is a store that reminds me of Macy's up North. I don't shop here often but when I do I always find what i'm looking for. I recently purchased a solid Sterling silver rope chain necklace that I had been searching for everywhere and found here at Belk. I worked with a woman named Kat at the North Myrtle beach location. She was extremely helpful. I believe she works in the fine jewelry & with the fine handbags. She is a great asset to that location. And they should be proud to have her on staff.
