With only one person manning the “customer service” registers, it is so bad that they ask people to go to other registers. Well, there’s a back up of customers everywhere. This Belk has definitely gone down hill with their customer service. Several people in line got frustrated and put there things away and walked to another store. Highly recommend Dillards.
