When we attempted to get a replacement (dress is still in stock in store and online) they refused to give her a replacement for the DEFECTIVE item since it had been more than 30 days since purchase. Bought at end of March for a May 7 graduation. My daughter is devastated!! She even had it altered since it was a bit too long. Unacceptable customer service policy! Store doesn't stand behind their merchandise.
