I did not get to wear the dress because an AE employee forgot to remove the magnetic security FOB!!!! Fast forward to April 12, the young man behind the counter treated me with such disrespect and asked if I had my receipt. I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BAG ALONG WITH THE DRESS!!! And he proceeded to stare at me as though I had two heads! I told him AGAIN, all I needed was for him to remove the security fob. He stood there staring at me and said "Those people were next". Ummmmm, 'those people' were standing NO WHERE near the register! I wasn't asking for a refund or to make another purchase. I just needed the security fob removed! THATS IT!!! MY RECEIPT WAS PRESENTED! IT TOOK THE STORE MANAGER COMING TO THE REGISTER TO APPROVE THE REQUEST!!! The store manager offered no apologies, NOTHING!!! I was in uniform. Clearly they have an issue with LEO's. I won't return! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!!
- LLlaurenApr 7, 20265.0GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE THEYRE AMAZING!! Lost my phone today in the store and was full on crying and everything lmao I’m telling you these employees checked cameras for me!! Searched the store up and down and were checking on me and made me feel so much better about the situation. I ended up finding it with all of their help and couldn’t thank them enough!! I remember one of the names of the employees helping me and it was Wyatt he went and checked the cameras for me and everything!! And 3 other girls as well were helping me look and being the sweetest!! Thank you so much for yalls help and support!!
