Bathrooms are gross. 3 out of 5 gross. The rest had stained toilet seats. Bathroom needs updated, but most importantly, cleaned

I had the most awesome experience today at the MAC. counter at belks in Mount Pleasant. Beentlee. He gave me the most amazing service I have ever gotten in a department store. He helped me find a great lipstick for work he gave me an amazing experience he has great customer service skills. He made my day and it was the best shopping trip I have ever experienced thanks to him. I walked around the entire store and he was the only person who stopped and took time to talk to me and answer my questions. I will definitely be going back there to see him and I definitely suggest that you go to. Thank you for making my day off an amazing day I will never forget you.

While shopping in the store yesterday, an associate was very condescending and rude. I asked to discuss this with a manager and was told that a manager is not available. While shopping for lingerie, my husband stepped out of the store. He came back while I was wrapping up my purchase, yogurt in hand, and an associate approached him loudly asking “are we eating yogurt or shopping?” We looked up at her, and before we could reply, she stated “you’re going to finish that very quickly” and walked off. Did we break a rule? Should I have put back the $130 slip and gone outside to sit with my husband while he finished his yogurt? If there is a store policy, she should have kindly let us know, instead of speaking to my husband as if he were a child. We were unable to locate her after we finished our transaction at the register. I have decided to return the slip and order from the Free People website instead. I will not support a business that allows employees to treat customers this way. As a long time resident of this area, I will encourage my friends and family to avoid this store as well.

My daughter and her friend were in the woman’s department looking at clothing and older female workers were harassing them while they were browsing. Accused them of being part of a gang and shadowing every movement, which is honestly hysterical. They’re two blond haired high schoolers who live in Mt Pleasant.. Maybe Belk should train the older woman who work there to understand that high schoolers like to hang out at shops while waiting to watch a movie. That’s what we used to do in the 80s. Belk needs to train these women about how to treat possible customers. I wish my daughter would have called me in the moment because it’s honestly wrong the way they were treated. I wish I knew their names. Check your staff who worked in the afternoon on August 30th. Belk, I hate to tell you that your not boujie enough to be acting that way.
