  I am out of word with this place. For Mother's Day weekend I went there to buy things I needed and for my Mom and Daughter. One of the sales lady was extremely rude with my son. I am going to say that way because that is the nicest way I can think of put it. Then she was disrespectful toward me. I even said to her she shouldn't be that way with children and she thought she was probably the owner of the place. It is the Department across from the shoes by the way. Well the manager wasn't a lot of help either. She jus repeated do not let this ruin your Mother's day weekend. Not sure what was that lady's problem was. But i walk out with only one thing and I will never return to the store. Went some where else and bought a lot of money in gift for my girls.

  The manager josh was super unhelpful, wouldn’t give me the $10 coupon bc my phone wouldn’t pull it up because there is no service even tho I was waiting like 20 mins for him to come over. No wonder everyone just shops online now bc they aren’t even helpful anymore in person and it’s cheaper online

  This an upper echelon Belk location! I'm from the home of Belk and I pride Charlotte of javing the best locations. I love the spread of Ralph lauren offered here. I had an eye on these cute duo medal Kate spade earrings. That's what I secured today. I tried a new fragrance here and came back to purchase it with my birthday rewards. I was too early to use the rewards I will be back. I'm excited to secure my new signature sent. 😌

  Maureen was absolutely phenomenal. She made my mom and myself feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive really listening to what I was looking for and guiding us without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how thoughtful she was. She remembered helping my mom and sister on a previous visit, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently shows up with that level of warmth and professionalism. Maureen truly goes above and beyond. She made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. We’ll absolutely be back because of her. She’s a gem!
