  I was shopping, trying to find clothes my college daughter would like. An employee (Catherine Collins) came over and offered to help me. I gave her an idea of the style and she took me around and showed me so many items that were what I was looking for!! Thanks again. She really made my shopping day- amazing!!

  Do NOT go to this store! I entered the store a ready willing and able buyer for luggage. I asked an employee where luggage was. He was incredibly RUDE, ust pointed a finger and said "back" I assume he was directing me to the back of the store. I went to where the luggage was, no prices on the bags! I flagged down a sales person (because there were none in that section) and asked her about pricing. She was in cosmetics and said, that "you have to use the app." WHAT!!?? to find the price of a piece of luggage I have to give Belk my personal information in an app so I can be relentlessly spammed!! She said, "Yes, that's the Belk way." She said you can take it to the cashier for a price check. We looked over and guess what?? There was NO cashier. She responded, "that's why you have to use the app." Insane!! so you don't staff, don't have a cashier, don't post prices up front, all so you can steal my personal info on an app I don't want. Good thing is, I took a picture of the bag, ordered on Amazon, it was cheaper and will be here in 2 days. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. I tried to shop local; it is your fault for making it impossible.

  went shopping in the free people section, walked into the fitting room honestly disgusting in there i had 9 items all doors were opened so i assumed that it was just take a room and walk in. no worker 20mins later a worker came in asking how many items i had she said in not a very nice way she needed 4 of my items then demanded i had to put them back where i found them since they were short staffed ( i normally put stuff back because i’ve worked retail before and i try to be nice) then said that my boyfriend wasn’t supposed to be in the dressing room with me and i just said sorry i didn’t know i didn’t want him sitting outside the room because that can make women uncomfortable. overall terrible experience loved the free people section but just maybe could have some nicer staff and maybe more staff..
