  I was genuinely so excited to visit this beautiful, absolutely adorable store and to do business with them. I ultimately moved forward with a significant framing purchase, and at this point I am simply trying to collect the product I already paid for. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-through have been incredibly disappointing. The order was discussed as a rush, yet more than a week later there has been little proactive communication. Calling is equally frustrating because you are routed through a corporate AI system instead of easily reaching someone who can actually help. The photo-printing situation made the experience even worse. I was clearly told about “lifetime” photo printing and even repeated it to my partner in the moment because I thought it was such a great benefit. To later have that questioned in a way that made me feel as though I was being dishonest was incredibly frustrating. I know what I heard. I even reduced my printing request from 20 photos to 13, yet the associate still had to call a manager simply for approval. The associate herself was kind, but the lack of authority given to the store team and the overall communication structure are baffling for a business with premium pricing and such strong reviews. At this point, I would appreciate direct communication from management, appropriate compensation, and a clear path to receiving what I purchased. I truly wanted to love doing business here, and I would still appreciate the opportunity for them to make this right.
