Takes a mastermind to figure out what coupon for what day for what brand will match with the (usually incorrect) sign. Then you must circle the store 3 times to find a cashier, then your odds are about 50/50 the person will actually check you out- usually they’ll instruct you to find someone else or tell you that they won’t check out a certain item… it’s just too complicated…

Plenty of products but no employees available to check out purchases. Signs hanging over registers stating Customer Service and a sign at register we will gladly help you at the next register... Finally found a lady at jewelery to check out Lingerie and the rest of my goods. Appreciated Gail so much, I bought some jewelery. It was as though the store didn't have any customer service except in cosmetics and jewelery. Spent the last dollar Belk will get from me today!

What should have been a quick pickup took over 15 minutes due to confusion and lack of staffing. I was directed to multiple areas of the store to find assistance, while most employees were occupied with other customers. Only one customer service desk was staffed, and I was then sent to the cosmetics department to retrieve an order unrelated to that department. When I arrived, staff were busy assisting other customers and I was told I would need to wait until they were finished teaching their customers about the makeup they were looking at. For a service designed for convenience, the process felt disorganized and unnecessarily difficult. I hope management improves staffing and the pickup process.
