  Went in to get a homecoming dress for my daughter. Waited in a long line for her to try on some options. We were not “allowed” to look at the dresses on the “put back rack” which is very strange as we could have saved them a trip if we selected one of those. The staff were very passive aggressive and not accommodating at all. We were also told we couldn’t bring her a different size to try on if the size we brought in didn’t fit. This is tough on a young girls self esteem. They had so many made up rules and acted like they didn’t want anyone’s business. I would never ever go back to this location. My advice to corporate is to train this staff better if you want to stay in business here. Myself and multiple other “customers” were highly disappointed with the treatment we received. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

  spent 30 minutes in line to try on stuff from 10 dollar rack and then went to pay and wasn’t 10 dollars. Waste of my time, employees should check that rack so ppl don’t get mislead.

  Very bad experience and won’t be returning. I have bought all of my dresses from Windsor and I went there tonight with some of my friends and we had a good time, however, when we came back to purchase the dress near close my friend was looking at (10 minutes before close) and all the girls were being very rude and we felt very awkward. They were yelling to each other (very much talking to us) “wow 10 minutes to close” and turning there Walkie talkies up so we were here it blare through the store “imagine coming into the store and looking around 10 minutes before close that’s so annoying I can’t believe people do that” and laughing at us. They also yelled into the store “ all people that are not employees-“ before the other girl said you can’t say that and then started laughing all together. We inferred what they were trying to say was to get out before the other girl cut her off.We were just planning on buying the dress really quick before close and they were very rude. They also were laughing and making fun of us the entire tim. We felt very unwelcome and were just trying to purchase a dress. All of us will not be returning again. Again we understand it was late but we were just trying to purchase a dress and leave and they were incredibly rude towards us.

  Terrible experience I asked a lady if I could have the dress on the mannequin instead of the ones in store because it did not have a slit she said and I quote “I’m not tryna do all that” very rude and lazy wore a grey cardigan tall and hair in a pony

  After being assured that I could.not go in the back with my fiance, I watch several others do the same thing. Quite disturbing, what do you expect from this manager.
