Hayden was outstanding from the moment I walked in. He was incredibly attentive, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. What I appreciated most was his honesty—when I tried on different shoes, he gave genuine feedback about how they fit instead of just trying to make a sale. When the color I wanted wasn’t available, he immediately started suggesting alternatives and found other options that fit exactly what I was looking for. During my (very real!) indecisiveness, Nathalie jumped in with her thoughts and perspective, which I genuinely appreciated. Rather than trying to rush a decision, she helped me think through the options and made the experience even better. Before I left, I made it a point to meet Scott, the store manager, because I wanted him to know what an exceptional team he’s built. Outstanding customer service has become increasingly rare, and this store is doing it right. The entire team was friendly, engaged, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I left with the right shoe—not just making a sale. Other retailers could learn a lot from the culture and service at this location. Great job to Hayden, Nathalie, Scott, and the entire team. I’ll absolutely be back.
