- SFSamantha FSep 7, 20264.0Merchandise 4/5 I was kind of hoping for a little more bin options for our builds. Seeing as this is the only official Lego store in SC, it was a let down there wasnt more of a "whoa this is cool" factor. Layout 3/5 small store everyone was on top of everyone else even with them controlling the flow of customers. Definitely felt the pressure to hurry up and make our mini figures and purchases so the next customers can come in. Employees 5/5 Super knowledgeable and willing to help. We interacted with 4 who were all great. Parking was typical mall parking. Mall was extremely crowded overall for granted it is labor day.

Unfortunately, the store is really small and on drop day or other busy days of the week like weekends, you can barely walk around in there without someone bumping into you. I wish Lego was its own freestanding store and I wish it was a lot closer to Asheville, NC. The staff at the Haywood mall store are pretty awesome. They are always attentive and ask me if there’s anything they can help me with.

- MTMaple ThrowerMay 30, 20261.0I’m deeply disturbed by reports involving Bricks & Minifigs and the alleged mishandling of an elderly collector’s Star Wars collection. This damages trust and reflects poorly on the LEGO brand. I do not think I will buy from the LEGO brand because of this situation.

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
