- DCDorian CrayyJun 21, 20265.0Lauren was outstanding and gave me excellent information about fixing my Ray-Ban sunglasses which were damaged and also help me with some new nose pads. Would give a six star if possible.

- RZR Z34Aug 27, 20195.0I was in one of your stores and received the most incompetent service that I had experienced in sun glass hut. The representative was rude , condescending, and unprofessional. (August 22 2019, around 6:30 pm.) when I went into your store for a warranty inquiry, the rep advised me to go through the manufacture warranty or pay half for another pair . When I advised the Representative of the sun glass hut (assured quality) policy ; he proceeded to tell me his manager and the store never heard of it and only knew the warranty which replaces at half off. When I asked for his managers info , he denied me that , and stated that the store manager would tell me the same thing and refused to give me any info, when I asked for an area manager , he also refused that too. He refused to provide me with his name when I asked him. Furthermore , as I was talking to him and pointing out the policy online and I noticed the policy was actually printed by the register . In the whole interaction, he proceeded with yawning , laughing , and throwing a towel up in the air while I was having a mature conversation with him . At that point he proceeded to call security on me because he couldn’t explain the policy to me ( telling the security guard that I insulted him, but not once I called him any names . I feel like sun glass hut owes an explanation and at the bare minimum a phone call. The last 7 pairs of glasses that I had purchased has been through sun glass hut and have received outstanding respect . I hope whoever is reading doesn’t sweep this under the rug . As I am a valued customer I expect nothing but professionalism. This happened 700 Haywood rd Greenville , S.C. store 5481 . Area manager named Merna
