Immediately when I looked at the buyer's eyes at drop off, I sensed that she did not like me because I had gray hair. I'm a psychologist so I kind of got the vibe pretty quick. When I came to pick up my clothes and cash, I was given the feedback that some of the items were "mature." In reality, there were several pieces that were Juniors and young men's. I had no problem with other buyers in the past. My advice is to get to know the buyers and only drop off on days you know that the "immature" ones are not working.

I would not waste your time bringing your clothes here or shopping at this location.
I’ve brought clothes here several times, and they have always been name-brand items in used but good condition. The last time I came, they took 4 items and offered me a whopping 75 cents. This time, I brought in two large baskets of clothes, including brands like ALO, Lululemon, Aerie, and nike dunks & air maxes and was told they “couldn’t find anything that was currently in style” and that everything had stains.
I found that pretty strange, especially considering some of the items I brought in were from brands they already carry. I also personally feel like a lot of the clothing in the store is fairly outdated, so I’m not sure what their current definition of “in style” is. Of course, maybe the items simply weren’t their style, but I would have appreciated a more honest explanation.
Either way, I won’t be returning to this location. I’ve had much better experiences at the Anderson location, and Uptown has always been great as well. I would definitely recommend those locations over this one.

My experience was very disappointing I came in earlier and was looking around while they were going through my clothes a majority of the shoes and clothes are very dingy and dirty looking with the shoes having scuffs and mud on some of them I tried to bring in freshly washed and cleaned clothes along with some shoes I had spent cleaning to make sure there were no scuffs yet they did not take any of them even though they were probably the most clean clothes and shoes in the whole store also I noticed that they don’t sell very much variety for bigger clothes and a lot of the clothes are very skimpy and because my clothes were not they did not take them not a good experience never coming back

I think it’s weird they don’t buy clothes over size 40 as if those people don’t deserve discounts or something ! But we found somewhere who don’t discriminate on woodruff rd called Uptown !
