An older lady that works near the fitting rooms is very very rude and made my girlfriend and i feel very uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes at her when she asked for help and was having smart comments and asking questions like “what do you even need sweatpants for” and asked “have you ever even shopped here before” that is very offensive and an employee like that does not deserve to be working there.

My experience at the store has not been bad, apart from one or two employees being distant from customers. Good service, but not the best men’s selection. Really though, the management here is quite mediocre, alongside corporate policies. Starting at some point in June, they completely restricted customers from purchasing gift cards unless they were $50, $100, 150, etc. You cannot even add money to a gift card for personal use per corporate and management. This is insane, and restrictive of purchases for merchandise from the official store. When I go to talk to official support from corporate, they literally labeled their team as Customer Education and that “somebody will be here to educate you shortly.” Very insulting for anybody who has a legitimate issue to be told “you will be educated shortly.” if the company itself doesn’t want my money for the merchandise, then I will just buy it from eBay and look for alternative brands that actually want my business. Since lululemon is saying screw you to me and many other previously loyal customers, I will just take my business elsewhere and stay away from Lululemon’s corporate owned storefronts. See ya…

I drove all the way to Greenville this evening (and had to pay 10 to park) to exchange 3 online items that were not the right size. As a returning loyal customer, I have bought so many items from your store online, and in the past if something does not fit, I go to the store in person and evenly exchange them with no problem. I have used a sweat collective discount for years that is my friends. I have never had an issue before however tonight the sales clerk asked for my ID in order to evenly exchange the items that I’ve already purchased. My address and name were on the account. She flat out refused to exchange my items (tags on and barcode provided). I told her I drove all the way here and had never had an issue before. There was a gathering line of people behind me and it seemed she enjoyed the audience and tried to be extremely difficult. I am truly so disappointed in this experience that I do not think I will ever be back. As for your sales person who was conveniently the “manager” on duty tonight who “chose” not to let me exchange the items, I hope you will truly consider putting people who care and know how to lead effectively and people who don’t need a power trip in charge. I see from all your 1 star reviews that I’m not the only one who has dealt with this coldness. Your products are not worth her stone cold attitude and you have lost a loyal customer.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve been a customer for years and recently ordered eight pairs of the same shorts online. One color just didn’t look good in person, so I stopped by the store hoping for a simple exchange or return. Unfortunately, because I had already removed and discarded the tags, the store refused to help. The manager was polite and explained that Lululemon’s policies have become increasingly strict over time, but that didn’t make the experience any less disappointing. Lululemon has become a massive brand, and while their products are trendy, the quality is good—not magical. In today’s world, where brick-and-mortar retail is fighting to stay relevant, customer satisfaction and a reasonable return policy should be the minimum standard, not an exception. There are countless up-and-coming brands offering comparable quality with better service and policies that actually value long-term customers. Loyalty is earned, and keeping customers matters just as much as attracting them. This experience made it easy to start looking elsewhere.
