I drove all the way to Greenville this evening (and had to pay 10 to park) to exchange 3 online items that were not the right size. As a returning loyal customer, I have bought so many items from your store online, and in the past if something does not fit, I go to the store in person and evenly exchange them with no problem. I have used a sweat collective discount for years that is my friends. I have never had an issue before however tonight the sales clerk asked for my ID in order to evenly exchange the items that I’ve already purchased. My address and name were on the account. She flat out refused to exchange my items (tags on and barcode provided). I told her I drove all the way here and had never had an issue before. There was a gathering line of people behind me and it seemed she enjoyed the audience and tried to be extremely difficult. I am truly so disappointed in this experience that I do not think I will ever be back. As for your sales person who was conveniently the “manager” on duty tonight who “chose” not to let me exchange the items, I hope you will truly consider putting people who care and know how to lead effectively and people who don’t need a power trip in charge. I see from all your 1 star reviews that I’m not the only one who has dealt with this coldness. Your products are not worth her stone cold attitude and you have lost a loyal customer.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve been a customer for years and recently ordered eight pairs of the same shorts online. One color just didn’t look good in person, so I stopped by the store hoping for a simple exchange or return. Unfortunately, because I had already removed and discarded the tags, the store refused to help. The manager was polite and explained that Lululemon’s policies have become increasingly strict over time, but that didn’t make the experience any less disappointing. Lululemon has become a massive brand, and while their products are trendy, the quality is good—not magical. In today’s world, where brick-and-mortar retail is fighting to stay relevant, customer satisfaction and a reasonable return policy should be the minimum standard, not an exception. There are countless up-and-coming brands offering comparable quality with better service and policies that actually value long-term customers. Loyalty is earned, and keeping customers matters just as much as attracting them. This experience made it easy to start looking elsewhere.

I had a bizarre experience shopping for leggings today. The space was completely open to walk into, so I walked over and began to browse. I had two sales associates come over and ask me what I was shopping for, which I thought nothing of until another associate came over and told me not to pick up the leggings. When I went to put the leggings I was holding back, she said they would put them back for me, which left me feeling awkward…and still holding the leggings. After several moments of confusion , I asked the employee if I was not supposed to be browsing there to which the employee said no. Totally fine with this approach but the area needs to be blocked off so I can’t easily walk over and look, or there needs to be a sign indicating the process. It seemed like they were going to keep eyeing me as I looked around in the area had I not asked if I wasn’t supposed to be there. It was weird and confusing and made me feel like I was an annoyance to the staff. I’ve never gone to a store where It wasn’t clear where I could and couldn’t go, so I’m not sure how I was supposed to know this.

I was there Tuesday, 2/24/26. I was greeting upon entrance and then a few min later an employee came through and offered to help. A few min later the employee came back through and helped me with a couple specific products. I always enjoy shopping at this location.
