- DDDavid2 days ago1.0Worst service I’ve ever seen. I had to cancel it because they had to be off on time. Why schedule a photo shoot for a newborn 15 mins from closing if you’re going to rush it or ask to reschedule it.

It made it ultra difficult to wipe her down. I am not sure how long this has been going for but it is not ok especially for the parents who may endure the same thing. I love the clothes here but they need to do better on their cleanliness.

Cashiers are slow, registers appear outdated. It's hard finding open fitting rooms. If you need customer service, good luck finding someone. I never like purchasing from here.

Sizing of the bracelet was wrong so started the return process. The clerk at the jewelry counter was so negative. Every word was can’t do it instead of finding a solution had to take it back home to start the return process online, which then has me taking it back to JCPenney . This purchase took 24 days to arrive shipping very slow. I am finally returning it today, I will probably just go to another store to purchase. It’s no wonder JCPenney‘s can’t keep their doors open.
