- VVValerieNov 26, 20255.0I had gone in for a last second search for an outfit just two days before Black Friday in the evening, and the person who helped me out did an amazing job! They let me feel welcome there and helped me determine what I was looking for even when I started pivoting toward different ideas. They were very involved in helping me design an outfit that worked on short notice. I went in with a vague thought for a top I might want and came out with an entire outfit! As someone with experience in retail, they really fit the bill for a strong and valuable sales associate! I just hope my praise reaches its mark.

Store isn't really as neat nor organized as most others I have gone into. Clearance area could definitely use some clean up and organization. First Express I have visited and was disappointed. I saw some items I liked but I didn't bother to even pull out my little Express card due to customer service. I expected better from such a nice Mall
